Premiere Business Services was founded July 15, 1999. The principle is simple, small business owners were tired of receiving poor service from their typical “CPA”. It seemed like every time they had a question-the “clock” would begin ticking. Retainers grew excessive and tax advice became less and less.

Most accountants and accounting firms have been trained on accounting for shareholder value, which is great if yours is a publicly traded company. However, if your small business is like most small businesses, you are more concerned with positive cash flow and how to pay the least amount of income tax legally. This is the primary mission of Premiere Business Services.

We help small business owners pay the least amount of income tax possible as allowed by law!

To accomplish this task our continuing education (CE) is exclusive to income tax. Our staff is required to take 50 CE hours annually of which 48 must be in taxation and 2 must be in ethics. As a comparison, to maintain a “CPA” designation, the State of Missouri requires 120 CE hours every three years, none of those CE hours are required to be in taxation. To maintain an Enrolled Agent (EA) designation, the IRS requires a minimum of 16 hours of taxation CE credits and 2 hours of ethics must be completed during each enrollment year.
